The 2nd Handicapping Harness (http://www.handicappingharness.com/) Handicapping Contest back in September was a big success and great fun. For this third contest (Christmas Cash) we've increased the prize money to $500 total with winners out to 4 places. As usual, it will be a two day contest consisting of the greatest return of imaginary $2 win bets on full programs at two tracks for two days. Registration is required.
