I am trying to hook up my PC to my stereo so I can wirelessly play my MP3 files -- my pc is on the other side of the house from my stereo.

Would this product do the trick or would I need something else.

Now, that looks very cool.

I just may have to go try that.

I've got a recording studio out back and use the Buffalo. It works like butter

If you are not going to do video, I would suggest something like the Linksys Wireless G Music bridge.

If you are considering video, I think wireless networks with more bandwidth are right around the corner with the new standard. If you have equipment that connects at max 100 Mbps, it would be obsolete when your router speed increases to 540 Mbps.

But it still is a "cool toy" and the price is under $100.

best to you,
Jim
