Hi everyone. I'm just checking to see if anyones read the publication by Joe Weiss called Winning at the Races Betting Progression. It sounds to good to be true. Turning $1500 into $6500 in less than 3 months using a progression system that works with only playing one post position throughout. Is this possible?
