Happy Veterans, and a huge THANK YOU to all our vets here and all vets everywhere.

You guys (and gals) have my respect and admiration - thanks just doesn't seem enough to say.

Tom,

Well said an agreed. We don't give our vets nearly enough respect.

Recently I watched Band of Brothers again. If you want to see true courage watch a classic depiction of the American soldier.

To any veterans and current military personnel who might read this, thank you for your service.

Listening to Jim Leherer's speech earlier at Quantico was extremely moving. I hope others get to hear it as well.

Thank you Veterans for the sacrifices you have made to assure us our freedoms.

Veterans are the basis of what our country was built on and continues to stand for. This is especially true of those who sacrificed their lives, bodies and loved ones in the cause of the United States of America.

In this age of cheap words and even cheaper veteran's benefits the absolute minimum we can do is thank them on this day.

Thank you to all veterans.

How many threads did the Marines get? They have a separate thread in the Handicap section already.

I'm Air Force. I wish all Vets. Army, Navy(marines), Air force, Coast & National Guard , Gods speed.

My Dad was Navy. A Corpsman in the Korean War. Good Man. I salute him and all my Brothers today.

They get as many as the rightly deserve.

If you don't care for the Marines or you don't think they should be included in this thread because they already have their own thread, tough. Sue me! :)
