Outstanding opportunity for an individual with experience in customer loyalty to take our program to the next level. Pretty lofty goals. The next level would be akin to the customer loyalty of AOL

That's a big Job though. 10 years experience asked for... 5 in senior management. They throw the slots hook in. They're looking for a guy out of Foxwoods, or Atlantic City or Vegas that has managed the race book, and worked on the casino side as well probably.

Job like that has to be in the 225+ range. Plus...anyone that might be adventurous enough to take the gamble that NYRA will own and run the track, will definitely want in... Some piece of the action somewhere. You gotta figure NYRA will go to the Public markets like Magna and Churchill did....and if you got a piece.........you go on easy street from there on out.

Plus the travel....Saratoga every summer.....has to include a big expense package... maybe a 2nd mortgage loan program? Who knows.. Maybe they already have the guy and they are just posting the job per non-profit regulations, and potential political ramifications.

I'm tempted to think they won't get the quality of talent they describe until they lock in a few things.....and they may just have to use an outside consultant to run the program until they are on better footing.

This is the second time this has been posted. It caught my eye about 4 months ago when it first appeared. I could be likely that the zeroed in on a canidate that didn't work out.

considering the usual on track attendance during the week is about
2,000 with roughly 100 or so owners of that total, this position could
be handled at home, with a link to nyra's main frame.

based on present conditions, the reward for the fan is staying at
home watching the races on the OTB feed or TVG as against dealing
with traffic, paid admission, awful food and mutuel clerks who have no clue
on using the machines and often are discourteous.
