If the Dems get 50 wins in the Senate and the VA seat is not decided, Allen should concede and let it go to help the Repubs.
I say this because with 50-50 Cheney will be going to the Senate to break ties and the country will be reminded of "waterboarding is OK" and "full speed ahead in Iraq" and his connection to Haliburton; I do not think the Repubs would have a chance in '08.

Waterboarding is very much ok......... and I would rather cheney break ties than giving it away. There aren't going to be many ties anyway.
