Has anyone seen this TV commercial, Lap Band? WTF is that product all about?
Does it go inside your stomach? An alternative to Lipo? I dunno, but I think all that stuff is mostly crap and why fight your body except through healthy
diet & exercise. If you diet right & excercise you will be what your body type
by mother nature wants you to be. One of my best friends got married last
year & now can't eat a turkey club because of the carbs?!! LOL what a total idiot. All of us just LAUGH.

If it is what I think, it is a band that gets looped around the stomach to reduce the size of it without permananet surgery. Another thing they do is have you swallow a kind of ballon that inflated and takes away the area available for food.
A girl I woprked with had the balloon thing down, then went for bi-ass eventaully. She lost a lot of weight - well over 100 poiunds, but she suffered and was never, I think really happy or well after that. She never lost the cravings, but she did the lose ability to satisfy them, and could not ever really enjoy a mean again.

Tom, that's a shame about your friend and i blve these crazy alternatives to proper diet and exercise gonna hurt a lot of people.
