1) Play the WIN bets if they are 2/1 or higher at post time
2) Play the LONGSHOT to WIN if he is 8/1 or higher at post time
selections are before scratches
Scratch adjustment- select the next horse from the "top 4 horses" colum for the WIN and on top of the exacta. Select the next horse from the "remaining field" column on the bottom of the exacta and trifecta box. If the longshot is scratch don't replace him.
