Maybe they're looking for the right spot.

Maybe they're having troubles getting that $16,000,000 Maiden Claiming race to fill. ;) :liar:

If he were a New York bred he would have had 879 races to choose from at the Belmont meet.

I take it from the snide comments, that this horse hasnt run a race yet? I was curious myself. Also, this horse is still a 2yo, right?

One question: How come no one mentions that that part of the game -- breeding, purchasing yearlings and two-year olds at auction -- is based on many of the same gambling principles that inform the rest of the game?

Even if he turns out to be a dud, Coolmore has (and will continue to have) the ability to absorb the risk.

He was breezing regularly for awhile, but I haven't seen him on the work tab for a couple of weeks.
