If this photo is acurate, then it's obvious they aren't using those light-water nuclear reactors to generate much electrical power. Or else it's 3am, and there are no 24-hour stores open in No. Korea, because they don't exist there (they may very well have curfews instead, violators shot on sight).

I saw an interesting show about N. Korea. They showed a gal with a very starched uniform, hair in a tight bun, white gloves perfectly arranged, monitoring an intersection to control traffic. She was very good at her job and showed lots of enthusiasm. Only problem was that there were NO cars on the road at all and she was simply going through the motions for show.

You might think that they are imitating the Londoner's from WWII who used to turn off all the lights to prevent the German bombers from navigating by the lights. But, they have the capital city all lit up..........there goes that theory

Amazing that they were still able to illuminate the entie border!
