Have heard lots of talk over the past few days that the Yanks must be ready to trade A-Rod. But seriously .. how likely is this???

Heard rumors that they were in talks with the Angels. The deal was allegedly Ervin Santana, Scot Shields, and cash for A-Rod. Not sure if anything will come of it.

Still agree with the media (for once) some athletes just can't play under big city lights.(NEW YORK).Good thing Kenny Rogers didn't have to pitch at Yankee Stadium he's one of them also.Ala 0-ROD.
Were's REGGIE when you need him? :D

Joe Torre just signed A-Rod's departure slip by batting him 8th. Was this tough love, intentional humiliation, or a deserving spot in the order for a 225 Million Dollar Man?

Or did Joe Torre just sign his own departure slip by batting him 8th?

Don't look now but L-O-U is coming.

A Rod has a no trade clause and says he wants to stay. He was able to play in NY last year , although he does not seem to come thru in the clutch like his buddy Jeter.

The Yankees suffer from "Buffalo Bills Syndrome".
Great team but you gotta tighten up your jocks and step it up a notch in the post-season. ;)
Red Sox fans can relate to this also.

I was a little unclear in the Big City Light post. What I mean't was playing under a pressure situation ala the playoffs. When it counts.Hence the reference to Mr. October. ;)
