View Full Version : Bush: There he goes again!

That Bush – there he goes again!

All talk, no action – he is threatening homeland security through a rush to judgment.

Recently, e coli was discovered and traced back to a green, leafy vegetable, but instead of doing the right thing and suspecting ALL vegetables as possible terrorists, he only focused on bagged spinach. He completely ignored carrots, potatoes, beans, and legumes – legumes!!!! We all know what trouble legumes can cause, yet we let them just stroll into our grocery stores and plop right down on our shelves, inviting unwary housewives to pick them up and take them home - soup anyone? Yikes!

Five years after 9-11 and our store shelves area still unprotected.

By profiling bagged spinach, Mr. Bush has insulted spinach everywhere, which has a history of providing nourishment, vitamins, minerals, and even happiness throughout America. Why, spinach is as peace loving a veggie as any out there, yet Bush has lumped it all in the same salad shooter as radical Californian spinach. Even the Pope eats and enjoys spinach. Mainstream spinach has suffered because of vegetable profiling.

I hope the ACLU is looking at this closely. We have got to stop this needless profiling.

Just more Bob Woodward Crap written through the prism of his bias.
Card said he was surprised that Woodward came to the conclusions that he did based on what he(Card)said to him. Looks like another hatchet job.

46 - OFF TOPIC.

Please pay attention to thread topics and stop changing them to suit your own little agendas. Don't you have any walls in your house? I am quite sure they would pay more attention to you than most here.
Your obssesion is making you a Gollum.

Might be the smartest answer you ever said once you consider why anyone in his right mind would want to help you.

Because like me, you've also come to realize what a miserable wretch you are, so asking would be a waste of time and hot air. You'd be better off conserving both to save the planet from global warming. :D

I think Tom meant this thread to be humorous, but since it is entitled Bush, there he goes again, I thought the post below applicable.

GW has decided he doesn't even have to obey the laws he signs if he makes a notation as such on the bill. This is what Kings do, not Presidents.

Bush says he can edit security reports
By LESLIE MILLER, Associated Press Writer
2 hours, 29 minutes ago

WASHINGTON - President Bush, again defying Congress, says he has the power to edit the Homeland Security Department's reports about whether it obeys privacy rules while handling background checks, ID cards and watchlists.

In the law Bush signed Wednesday, Congress stated no one but the privacy officer could alter, delay or prohibit the mandatory annual report on Homeland Security department activities that affect privacy, including complaints.

But Bush, in a signing statement attached to the agency's 2007 spending bill, said he will interpret that section "in a manner consistent with the President's constitutional authority to supervise the unitary executive branch."

Well, you thought wrong.
Did it ever occurr to you that maybe people just don't care to read your shit in every thread? It is one thing to have political beliefs, but you and several others seem to think that is all anyone cares about - it is not. You have become as bad a purposless troll as ljb - and this really something. What's next for you Sec, total meltdown like 46.......or as we call him, Captain Queeg.

Oh, I forgot, that's what you trolls get paid to do.

Oh yeah, how aobut the courts - wire tapping being done LEGALLY for now, but indications are, lower court ruling will be overturned on appeal.

You were wrong AGAIN.

Thanks Tom. At least I know you read my posts.

We don't know higher courts will overturn the lower court ruling on illegal wiretapping, that is speculation. We do know the lower court found it a violation. That's all we know at this point.

As to my post on signing statements, instead of insulting me, are you telling me you approve of a President who ignores the same law he signed simply by adding his own "extra language" without Congressional vote? If so, you really need to go back and read the Constitution.

No, I don' tread many of your posts - I get carpel tunnel in my finger from scrolling through them. I may sue. Aggrevated thread hijacking?

No, we also know the appeals court has allowed it to continue until a final verdict.

As to your post on signings....I didn't read that far, don't care what you posted, could give a shit about what you think about the legality of it, and will not discuss crap not "in" topic for threads. You don't get to hijack threads for the purpose of spreading lies and other crap anymore. This place isn't your little propaganda mill - anything posted with the word Bush in it is not a cue for your politial venom.

Tom,

When YOU start a thread, Bush, THere He Goes Again, you open it up to Bush, There You Go Again. If as you said, you diddn't read my posts that far, how do you know whether my post was on topic or not. The signings statements I commented on Go directly to Bush, There You Go Again.

btw.. if you don't like reading my posts, put me on Ignore.

You thread jacker - the thread was a JOKE.
I know libs do not laugh - only whine and cry, but I stand by my comments - you are nothing but a cheap internet troll looking for spots to post your crap for no reason other than you get paid to publically insult people, which puts you under telphone soliciters in the hieracrchy of important people.
I don't have to read any of your posts to know you are of topic - you are never ON topic.

What is this, your aprrenticeship before droneon.com lets you go to a political board? Kind of like you are a minor league boar?
