key race method for 2 and 3 year olds...can bring home a nice pick

In "baby' races {particularly MSW} I have found that using that this method can help identify overlooked contenders. Both at Monmouth and Calder this season i have found an occasional nugget that has helped my play. Second race at Monmouth Saturday: The three horse had had dueled with a colt who later won the Sapling Stakes. He was 7/2 and an easy single in the nice pick three and a logical key in a nice 48 dollar exacta. That Saturday whenthat Calder ran all two year old juvenille races....there were key races to pick up on that day! I can remember Dan Illman at the 2004 handicapping expo saying that taking notes on baby races was an exercise worth your time. In his book Davidowitz said that when he was working at it full time.... he always looked back on results charts for all MSW winners to see who ran competetively with the winner in the previous outing to see if a key race exists. Anybody out there use the new DRF key race service as part of their tools?

This horse tried the favorite and was tounced by 12 lengths. Then came back to win: Obviously the horse that beat Diamantina is the winner of a key race.
