Gemstar, the parent company of TVG betting, is under investigation by the SEC. Heard this news a few days ago. Anybody know anything??????

There have been several published reports that Gemstar is under investigation by Justice for anti-trust law violations. I'm not aware of any SEC actions.

There have been numerous complaints about Gemstar requiring anti-competitive clauses in their agreements that lock out the competition, and these clauses are usually clear violations of the anti-trust laws.
