When in hell do I get to see the conclusion of this tournament? SO far I've seen like day 1 and day 3 three times! How many times do I have to see Annie Duke catch that ten on the river to stay in the game? HOw many times do I have to see Fossilman lift his fat ass away from the table and wave to the crowd and how many times do I have to see that used car salesman raise $100,000 w/ Ace/Jack???

I dont get this at all. It's nice the way theyve managed to promote poker to where it is so popular but are they so messed up with showing this? :bang:

Geez, two more weeks. You know they publicize this thing like it's so great and you know what I dont remember the Baseball world series being rerun 50 times in the offseason. I dont recall watching last years Superbowl 4 times in July. I dont recall watching the NBA finals a month after its over. what the hell is wrong with them?

[the following is not a spoiler]

It kills much of the anticipation too. I didnt know who won. THen the little old lady who plays cards with us up at the river said it was one of the old pros. Then I finally saw a news story about the guy who did win and the lawsuit. So now I already know what happened.

[the following is not really a spoiler unless you are so enamored with off the casino goings on of the poker world that you really need to get a life]

The lawsuit is that the guy who won was backed by a producer guy from HOllywood. WHo agreed to pay his way or pay whatever if he would agree to split the winning share. I think there maybe a movie deal in there as well or something. So the guy wins and then he refuses to share the $7 million. SO right now the $7 million has been frozen by an injunction filed by the backer..

Yeah I dont want to spoil it by naming the guy who won, in case you are watching it for the suspense. I can watch this game all freakin day it seems. They had those guys on the travel channel today w/ Lederer and that real attractive asian lady. I forget which one, Kat something?? SHe had the chip lead then messed up.
