Gotta Give the Devil his Due

As most of you know by now, I'm not a big Bush fan for a bunch of reasons. but last week I listened intently to the speech he gave to the U.N. I nearly fell off my chair. The speech was superb, and he even delivered it fairly well. The reason I liked it so much is because Bush slammed dunked the U.N. really hard. Essentially, he told them that if they don't back him, the orginaziation risks becoming irrelevant because it lacks the backbone to enforce its mandatory resolutions against Iraq.

The commentary by Jonah Godlberg is a good one on his take on the whole thing.
Well worth the read.

Bush was on target with the Useless Nations. We don't need anymore of their "globaloney" and it is time to move on. It just sad that our own congress is using this to further their own personal goals in the upcoming election. Maybe we should attack the capital on our way to Bad-dag.
