Um, he's an awful quarterback. Is one of the least accurate passers in the NFL. Has never won a thing in his career.

You're the one that takes everything personally not me. I just asked if you could give a better explanation than Vick is a joke. Did you lose with Carolina last week?

Valuist correctly pointed out that its hard to imagine Tampa is as bad as they looked in Week 1 which I admit gave me some trouble pulling the trigger on the Falcons. For me it comes down to my power ratings. I make Falcons 8 points better which includes 2 points for Home Field. At -5.5 its a play for me

Why would anyone need to post 'logic' to say Vick is a joke? Watch him play and look at his QB ratings. Not very hard to figure out.

I don't bet pro football, so I cannot comment on the line I guess..

Personally I think the juciest line all day is Notre Dame only giving 5.5 to Michigan.. I layed a big bet on that one and on Florida -3.5

Yeah I agree on ND covering 5 1/2 they talked about that on Sports radio and apparently the smart money is taking MI and the pts. They had that guy from Vegas on the show (not Danny SHeridan) who claims smart money is on MI because there could be 10,000 guys bet on ND but it only takes one or two guys with huge bets on MI to outweigh that.

Which I dont get. So who's to say whose money is smarter, 2 guys or ten thousand? It's all money it all looks the same.

ND looked out of synch the first half vs. Ga Tech was it? Other than that they look pretty strong, maybe somewhat vulnerable against the run. But they can score a TD at any moment. If I had MI Id be really worried about giving up a cheap punt return or long pass late in the game and losing the spread.

Atlanta will be a strong play all year. Key is their new defense, not Vick. I hope to make some serious money on this team before everyone figures out just how good they have become. over last year's team. Vick will have a good year precisely because he won't have to press so much. I love their defensive set. Just my iopinion, but they make the playoffs. Teams on the downtrend: Tampa Bay and New England. Uptrend: Detroit, Baltimore, NY Jets, and Philly.

I wonder just how many teams Coach Gruden has seen this season. :jump: Don't know how he works the press but a lot of coaches like to make the next team they play sound like champs. The classic case is JoePa at Penn State according to him everyone PSU will play is in the hunt for the national title. :) I based my play of the recent history of these two teams play. Last year Tampa won both of the games. Should be interesting.
