If I remember correctly, Cramer loved this angle in his book 'Thoroughbred Cycles'. It seems maybe a bit rare, but must happen enough after a track closes for the its season and horses and jockeys move on. Anybody ever expoit this angle or make any money on it? Saw it Sunday at AP with no luck.
