On paper, it certainly looks like he'd be competitive in today's Forego... but I noticed that in the matchup bets at Pinnacle and Betcris, each site paired him up with a horse at much higher ML odds (Pomeroy and Silver Train). That's never a good sign. An even worse sign is that a ton of money has gone against him in both matchups, and he's now a significant underdog in both. It's very unusual to see a horse at double-digit ML odds be favored by such a wide margin in the matchups vs. a 5-1 ML horse, and here I'm seeing it twice against the same horse. Apparently a lot of people are anticipating that Nightmare Affair is ready to toss in an exceptionally lousy effort today, and I'm left wondering what they're seeing that I'm not.
