maybe it's just me...but I'd hate to get bit by a rattlesnake even if I wasn't watching a movie about snakes.

btw...herpetological society? I won't even go there.

There used to be a documentary show on cable called "Venom ER", from the Loma Linda Hospital in S.Cal.

Every week somebody got bitten buy a rattlesnake.
The damage and pain was awful, often permanent, and one guy they were filming died several days later, after they did everything they could.

I hope somebody finds those guys.

It IS a CCW State.

Regarding "Venon ER", the nemisis was the Pacific rattler. It, more than others, caused the most pain and suffering due to the nature of its venom. It was found in limited areas of the mojave desert.
