What a pathetic network.
They were chastizing the designers of the WTC for the location of the stairwells so that the terrorist attack took out most of them at once thereby trapping countless people above the fatal floors.
Fot crying out loud, who thought back in the '60's that anything like this could possible ever happen? they had the forsight back then to allow for an accidental crash by the then largest airplane in service - a 707.
Revisionist history is just SOP by the leftist news media in this country.

Tom, what does this have to do with right or left? You may have a valid point in this case (i haven't seen the report), but criticism of the WTC designers could come from anyone, liberal or conservative.

And the man who is charge of CNN, who oversees all the Turner networks is Jaime Kellner, a conservative Republican by his own comments (I interviewed him and he told me.). Clearly he would not tolerate a "liberal" CNN.
Believe me, go overseas and suggest CNN is liberal and they will laugh in your face. Overseas it is seen as a propagandist tool of the American government -- and I don't mean in Muslim or Third World countries. I mean everywhere, among our friends and foes.
Remember it was CNN which championed the original Gulf War back in 1990 and made Schwartzkopf and Powell famoud.

What if could have to do with "right or left" is that the Left is far more likely to find _something_ with which to fault the U.S. And since the criticism is so outrageously outlandish (as right "off the map"), it wouldn't surprise me any that some Lib proffered it.

I'm sure if you were to interview either of the Bushie Boys, they would proclaim their conservatism to you, also. ( McCain would too, I bet!)

Surely...just because someone says a thing is so, does that automatically make it so in your book?

Really? Methinks there are very good reasons so many consider the station's call letters to mean the Clinton News Network or the Commie News Network.

Would you really expect a different attitude to be found among the general population and the sociocrats on a throroughly socialist continent?

One of the reasons we're so hated by many (if not most) Europeans is because the U.S. hasn't fully subscribed to their brand of freedom yet.

And the same CNN, not too long after 9/11, decided to sing out of Reuters' hymnal for a while by refusing to refer to the events of 9/11 as being terrorist attacks.

Clinton News Network is conservative? I'm speechless(almost)
Hey if they'd built those damn building a couple hundred feet in either direction the planes would've missed. Yeah, designer error and terrorists had nothing to do with it. Damn building attracts planes like a large magnet.

I was just dismayed that a supposed newsreporter would hav ethe gaul to make such second-guessing from here pulpit on the air. Typically, I do not watch CNN becasue I do not consider them a news source. They usually present noting more than raw data as news and they are rank amatures wehn it comes to checking ssources. How many times have they let "Howard Stern baba booies on the air live, being presented as on-scene witnesses.
There is no excuse for letting an unknown person have air time and do that crap.
I know the right does it too, but it seems I see more history rewritting by liberal media than I do right wingers (that might be because there aren't as many right wing news channels).
To me, CNN are whores for money and rating, and news is at best their third priority.

BTW,
I haven't forgotten the layoff study-I have routes almost done
and should finish this week.
