2nd grade teacher- sex charge in Thailand (where many visit to have sex with underage girls and boys- suspect in Ramsey killing.
He's not convicted yet, but so far there seems to be kids as a common thread.
I still predict the Ramsey family knew the killer.

Karr has confessed to certain details of the case known only to investigators. Reportedly, Karr sent email messages to JonBenet's mother, Patsy Ramsey, in which he gave details of his sexual assault of JonBenet

I agree they both sucked as parents, what they did with that child in any sane persons mind was abusive, but that don't make them killers.

In today's media driven world one is guilty before all facts are presented at trial. ESP crimes of this nature, the greater percentages are committed by someone close to the victims. To get yourself counsel prior is a must and it isn't uncommon.

Michael Tracey a professor in Colorado did a documentary on the Ramseys. Karr, the alleged killer began a corespondence with Tracey and said some things about the case that wern't public knowledge. Tracey dropped a dime on Karr.

Ramsey aunt said Karr is a DNA match; DAA said DNA not checked yet, and she said that John Ramsey ands John Karr are presumed innocent; DA did not say Patsy Ramsey presumed innocent!
Karr said he drugged the victim but no drugs found in her- Karr also on TV just said he was there when she died. Ex wife still claims to be his alibi.
DA's hand"printing?" expert said 14 of 17 points in printing pointed to Patsy, even though her lie detector test came out she did not write it.
Just more BS from Da, Karr, Ramsey family and relatives confusing the whole mess as to who is pointing fingers without enough evidence and who is covering up for who.
Until there is a guilty verdict I will stick to my own theory that the victim, wife, and unkown killer knew each other and were all 3 doing some kinky sex stuff when she died.

Yes, exactly my point. Dead and buried and still considered a strong suspect by the Boulder DA's because even though dead the DA refuses to assume her innocent. Many books have been written for easy bucks which comdem Patsy Ramsey as the real killer.

I find it strange that whenever there is a tv camera he is always glancing over to the screen, It all sounds to me and this may sound strange that he is being forced to say these things ,call me crazy, maybe the laws are tougher in Thailand,and he would rather be in Colorado and face the justice system there in stead?

I would just be guessing, but the interest in the murder never waned, the case never closed, this researcher/pervert wants it to stay in the public eye even more, he's delusional, Thailand wanted him deported. the Boulder DA wanted a no-risk news conference, Karr wanted to avoid Petaluma charges for awhile more, he has a theory, Etc.

Ca did not want him, Boulder released him but held him under false imprisonment for 1 hour until Boulder convined Ca to take him so Boulder and Co would not look like as big of fools! Flying him in the governor's plane!

you can be held 48 hours for just about nothing more than probable cause. And longer with approval of a judge. I believe I read that he "agreed to return to the U.S. from Thailand" and was not under arrest. That is why the lax atmosphere on the plane.

I have a feeling this wingnut made some educated guesses in the emails he was sending to the professor. One must have been somewhat accurate to what actually happened to the girl............so he gets a free ride home.

in and out of place i thought that if mark karr is guilty then his game is to throw the investigators off the sent by making himself look like a pedifile wannabe. iow's if your guilty then claim guilt but give yourself the appearence of some guy that just wants the noteriety of being the guy that killed jbr by throwing out enough info to make yourself look like you could be the killer but still leaves enough doubt to say naw he's not the killer, he's just a sick mined pedifile looking for his 15 minutes of fame.
but here's a possibility. there were 2 killers in jb room at the same time and mark karr was one of them and his partner was the one that left the dna and who knows after it was all over maybe he killed his partner to protect himself, cause it makes sense to think that sooner or later his partner is going to get caught somewhere down the line and if that happens then iam sure that mark karr has to figure that his partner would more then likely turn out to be more then glad to to cut a deal with the da in exchange for some kind of leniency.

Was the internet that far along in 1996 that this statement could be accurate? I know I was late to the cyberparty, but that would still be well before personal blogs and MySpace and Youtube and all the other outlets for personal aggrandization. I don't recall the internet being central to the Ramsey case, but I could be wrong.

I still think the family has some direct involvement. It's almost always that way. People just don't sneak into homes, somehow go directly to the room of the most defenseless target, create a minor ruckus, and slip away completely unnoticed. It's not reasonable.
