Due to a late cancellation there is one spot available at the house.
Since it is the last minute we will be willing to rent out spots by the night.
The rate is not quite final -- depends on how many people take me up on this, but it will be roughly $70 a night. The more we get the lower it will be.
For six to eight nights, it's $417 plus whatever expenses we occur buying things for the house.
The house is centrally located just a few blocks from the track and downtown, has a pool, gas barbeque, Internet, cable etc.
In addition, it contains the added perk of housing seven crack handicappers who threaten to sweep the card daily.
