Speed Handicapper for Quarter Horses

By Charlie Carroll: I been reading and re-reading his book on how to make speed figs for those Q horses. Seems a lot easier to use his program than to do it by hand. Anybody have any experience w/ his program or speed figs for the Quarters?

I wrote a loop program for Carroll's quarter horse speed program a few years back. It did a good job of comparing horses who had run different distances.
