If you mean online, try youbet or brisbet. Youbet has a promo for 60 days free trial. If you mean on tv live, than in albany , ny at the teletheater. The saratoga harness track will also have the live saratoga tbred meet this year too for the first time. In NY, they carry it live on a channel on cable in some areas, and at some restaurants too. The OTB channel here in the Saratoga area shows the race on tape delay which doesn't really make a difference when I bet from home. Some people don't seem to like it. Thats just an FYI.
