When Hol goes under the knife for its silicone injection and face transplant, it will use material that has more artificial stuff in it than is being used by most other all-weather tracks now.

In the case of NY it is allowing NYRA and OTB to have internet betting sites.

now they are only 50 years behind the times, why bet with otb and the outrageous takeout when you can bet with the old reliable bookiess and get full track odds. makes no sense to me. Never trust the govt. Ill always play with the bookmaker
