Moving MS Outlook Folders

Hi,

Has anyone successfully moved XP Home Outlook Mail folders to another computer using XP Pro?

If so would you please outline the specific steps that you used? Also what are the file ending designation for the Outlook Mail folders?

I would like to hear from anyone who has actually done it successfully. Sometimes substituting theory for experience can be brutal.<G>
