Dont we have any hockey fans on here?..Not a peep out of anyone about the great series going on with The Edmonton oilers and The Carolina Hurricanes.Edmonton has come back from a 3-1 deficit and that hasnt been done since my beloved Toronto Maple Leaps did that in 1947 to win the cup..Of couse that was before my time..Tied 3 games apeice..Tonite will be the last and will be a great game..Go Edmonton!!

Not for the reasons that one might think...
As a Red Wings fan that lived throught the "Dead Wings" era, I've quite a nice run since the mid-90s. Since 2003, though, they've underachieved, and the team that eliminated them has gone to the Stanley Cup finals... only to lose. So, once again -- just like Anaheim and Calgary before them -- I'm pulling for the Oilers.
Not looking good after 2. Hope for a 3rd period miracle.

I jiust saw on ESPN that no team has won a championship game 7 on the road in the 4 major sports in over 30 years..
That's quite amazing..
