Avoid them like the plague. I hit 3 P3s at Philly today, races 1-3, 2-4, and 3-5. They have no published rules on the site.
The first came in and paid 600+, the third paid nearly 1900, but the middle paid off on 2 of 3. I actually had all three on my ticket, but they are still insisting on paying me the 2 of 3 payoff of $68. Not only that, they are only paying it once when I have 2 of 3 many times. I'm still hoping to get that resolved.
This isn't crying, it is a warning to others. I should have known to find out the rules as I have done with Pinnacle, but I didn't. My money is out of there, I took them for a decent amount, and now they can kiss my ass. (That is me venting!)

Geez, the pool was only $2428, so assuming a 25% takeout your payoff would have been $1821. Hardly an amount they should care about. I guess they are willing to risk a lot of bad publicity for under 2 dimes.
Sounds to me like a place I wouldn't want to have holding ANY of my money.

Agreed, they aren't anymore. I should have known, now I do.
I'll stick with Pinnacle as they pay you the pool, and I've never had an issue with them regarding payouts. They just won't take Philly P3s.
Also, there customer service is much better. I had to call some guy with TCBets, the "Horse Racing Department", who answered like this, I shit you not: "Yeah?" I said, "Is this TCBets"? Answer: "Yeah".
I used to have an account with them, but I hated the site. It wasn't very user friendly. Once I had a Pick 4 pay on 3 of 4 and I didn't get any money! I think they said it was because of the track pools or something.

That totally sucks, and I hope they get it resolved for you. Just wondering why you wanted to use them if you are happy with Pinnacle? Is Pinnacle maybe laying off your bets now? I am also very happy with Pinnacle, and would need a very compelling reason to play somewhere else.

CJ says Pinnacle doesn't take Philly Pick 3s....must be using TC as a backup....

Exactly, Pinnacle doesn't take them. I'll stick with BrisBet as my backup from now on, live and learn.

CJ,
Are you going to take the TCBets banner off your home page?

My first thought was to yank it right away, but I'm only obligated until June 30, so I don't want to do anything to jeopardize my funds. July 1, it is gone.
I am happy to say I took there $300 per month for the whole year, and not a single person signed up with them through my site. It will be back to Pinnacle ads come the 1st.

Whenever you bet with an offshore, you're gambling twice. Once that your horses will win and the second that you'll get paid.
I certainly hope that you'll have this resolved cj.

I saved this from an old post about that Finger Lakes firster:

TRIPLE CROWN-NOT paying (David will NOT even talk to me) ((ten days later they said they would honor the bets))

I have never had a problem getting paid from offshore outfits, even with TCBets. They always pay according to the rules. It was my dumb fault to not know their rules when the only reason I used them was for P3s I couldn't bet at Pinnacle. They aren't posted anywhere on the site, and I made a bad assumption.
The customer service was so bad it was almost comical though. You had to hear this guy on the phone to believe it.

Providing you go with the majors that statement is complete balderdash.

5. If the track payout on a race pays to ALL on Super/Trifectas, pays out 2 of 3 on a Pick 3, or 3 or 4 on a Pick 4, and Cris Sports client’s wager has the exact ticket, the customer will be paid out the whole minus the takeout percentage. If pool information is not available, the payout will be 3x’s the consolation payout period. If take out information is not available, it will default to 20%. If paid out to the whole pool, consolation payouts on the same rates will not apply. All normal tracks limits are still applicable.

Sounds like CJ should get the whole pool on his middle pick 3. Am I missing something? Am I looking in the right place?
I am making some progress today, but way too much hassle for this crap.

I still like them for last minute win bets, I never get shut out and you get the small rebate.

Yeah, but with all the anti-offshore sentiment lately....I guess it's not that tempting....
