I know this has been talked about many times. About starting one's own web site selling data. We all know that Equibase is the king of all data. What if you had your own site and had say pace figs like early pace fig 34, mid pace 35 and so on. Who could come down on you, if your selling number's like that and not really saying how you came up with them. Is there anyway around it at all? What if you listed the horse's name, could Equibase or anyone else stop you from that? Thanks guys and gals.

Let me add this, in no way I'm I saying that someone should sell someone's else data for profit, even if you are making it better, unless your giving them a kick back. How much would they even want or would they even let you? I guess you could say you have your own team of people getting the data for you on-track.
