Are he still operating or is his web site just an old one? I think I recall I heard that he'd moved on to other things. If he's back, are these reports worth looking into?

He's running a longshot service now. Kinda like a mutual fund where you send him $$ and he manages it and gives you daily updates.

I believe that speed rating comparison is pretty old, probably back to the mid or late '90s
