Online Wagering Question

I have been using Philly Park phonebet for online wagering and like it alot. They were required to stop taking online bets for Saratoga and Del Mar this week. (They can still take telephone bets.) Does anyone know what services are being allowed to take online wagers for those two tracks?

The site linked below I had been using to watch video streaming also stopped showing Saratoga and Delmar this week. Very disappointing. It seems to me that if racing wants to build national interest it would want to distribute its product as widely as possible. Does anyone know exactly what has changed? Does BrisBet and YouBet have exclusive rights to telecast the signals from those tracks?
