results for a race

hello
does any one recall a race run where the horse win bet paid $160 and the excta paid 135 and change? happened over the last 10 days or so on a monday or tuesday.

At the old Bowie track, before the payoffs for exactas were public knowldege, two horses ran 1-2 with a common word in their names: something akin to Our Pro and My Pro as the big favorite ran out. In the straight pool, which is independent of the exotics, the payoff were $25.00 and the place horse was about the same, YET the exacta was around $85.00 as all the hunch bettors hooked up two horses with similar names.

The pools are separate and not equal. This stuff happens now and then.

Only thing in May up to the 16th I could find that was that high was Indiana Downs
