Last I checked, a play on all the "lay odds" horses produced a profit. No thinking there, just be lucky enough to play the "lay".

I notice that todays picks are heavy on the "take odds" side. 5 of todays plays are "taking odds".
Be very interesting how today's plays win.

Nah... there's no hidden truth about lays. If you'd been betting all lays the week before, you'd have had your butt handed to you. Most likely just one of those days where, for whatever reason, the horses ran counter to the indicators I normally look at.
