Interesting article about the vagaries & expenses involved in owning a race horse. Makes for some fascinating reading. BTW, the horse mentioned in this article, Highland Cat is entered on the turf tomorrow(Friday) at BEL. Will probaly be rained-off if the forecast holds up.

You mean Highland RAT...yes I've got a piece of him...the 1st horse of 12 that I've not made a profit. If he doesn't run well tommorrow...and I'm not expecting that he will...I'd ship his sorry tail to Finger Licks to race against other 50 Beyer types. :bang:
