You see, the guys in the movie industry know that the junk they make (and most of it is garbage) can and often does have a profound impact on their audiences.
Here is one screenwriter who has learned the hard way that you really can't experience personal freedom (i.e. exercising your rights) apart from exercising personal responsiblity -- at least not without dire consequences. And Personal Responsiblity is everyone's responsiblity, including, in this case, the movie industry.
