M.L. to 1 st Click

Has any of you "Tote Watchers" determined who ( if any )
of the Toteboard programs, i.e. Racing Channel, Bris,
You Bet, etc., can actualy show the first odd's click after
the previous race...or do we miscreiants just get whatever
odd's happen to be availble at that currant moment...??

I've noticed here in SoCal on the simulcast feed, that there seems to be two "first" click odds' displays. As soon as the previous race is made "official" a new odds display goes up; and, then within a matter of seconds (less than 30) that display changes.

For example, at DMR on Monday (8/5) in race 3:
1 1/9 1
2 25 11
3 33 12
4 50 14
5 14 5
6 7 7/2
7 scr
8 25 25
9 scr
10 27 11

Someone told me once that the very first click is from the local, on-track betting only and that the subsequent clicks are from all bets into the pool via the simulcast network.

I'll check around and see what I can find out.
