After some time away from computor program's,I'm thinking of re-
trying Tom Counsel's previous TBI-2 . I just e-mailed him and
while waiting for a response, thought I'd see if anyone on this site
knows about it. I had tried it about a year ago, but only had about 40 races in the data-base before being hospitalized for
some time...and never really got back to it for a fair trial..so, as they say on sport's field's when your ball goes out of bounds :
