Did Evangeline cancel after race 4 on Saturday 4/29/06? Don't see results on equibase or brisnet, but also don't see a cancellation notice on equibase or any consolation pick 3 payoffs.

Yes, they cancelled after R4. There was along delay after the race for track maintenance and then cancelled.
