How do you generate?

a ranking (in HTR) if the mlo fav is below the 2nd ranked pick it is a false fav. Probably is the same in any software (disclaimer) or pic system you devise.
Keep in mind. It only says that overall these horses win less than 20% of the time. it doesn't mean they don't win or that they are the off odds fav.

It only says. MLO ranked 1 wins on avg 30% overall. these horses win less than 20%.
at some tracks the rmlo =1 wins more than 30%. you figure out how the FFs do at those tracks. You might be surprised.
Overall Beu is at 19.432 (3000 races). They must have had a good day. Check the other posts...maybe Beu did worse
