A CNN poll shows that 70% favor polygraphs for the congressmen suspected of leaking intelligence information. Here's the story behind it all.

It's interesting to see these guys squirm when they've thought it was a wonderful idea to use on others in the past. But, the best available evidence suggests that polygraphs are very unreliable and many times examiners will go back and "fine tune the results" after the fact so as to make the method appear better than it really is (hey, they'd make good handicapping touts).
I'd like them to come out and make a strong statement that justice involves being innocent until proven guilty and not the opposite. Law enforcement seems to be getting really lazy lately about just rounding up a lot of people when only a few might be guilty.
