Any ideas about this payoff?

In the 1st at Keeneland on 4/12, the 2nd and 3rd longest prices ran 1-2. The exacta paid $155.80/$2. The quinella, $201.60/$2.

Just an aberration due to the fact that the quinella pool was relatively small?

I'd say so... that quinella price looks way too generous, given the outcome. I also might have expected the exacta price to be a little higher, but I think the 14-1 and 11-1 odds on the 1-2 finishers were inflated because the favorite was overbet in the win pool (the 11-1 shot was only 5-1 on the M/L)
