Lone Star Update

After I sent an email mentioning that I was going to inquire as to the email address of Frank Stronach, I received a nice reply from LS.

They sent me the $5 coupon they'd promised.

And, they indicated they share my concerns about more low cost air conditioned space and a better non-smoking option.

I got my monthly LSP junk mail and rec'd a $5 coupon also. Sorry, had to laugh. :)

Good news on the air conditioned space comment. I'll believe it when I see it, tho. I'm not certain if they realize how much business they lose during the hotter days and people stream out of the place after race3. No trees, no unreserved place to sit in air conditioned space turns the newbies off quickly.

Another update, here.

I wrote and told LS that I was aware that they finally sent the $5 coupon they had promised at the same time that they sent coupons to everyone else.

Guess what? I know you'll find this hard to believe, but no reply.

Of course, I still have not received any other mailings from LS. But, of course, they tell me I'm not blacklisted. Yeah, right.
