YOU HAVE THE RIGHT to be cranky for no reason at all.

You have the right to drive 35 MPH below the speed limit . . . in the FAST lane.

You have the right to nap at the drop of a hat.

You have the right to break wind wherever, whenever you dang feel like it.

You have the right to hold up the check-out line by paying in pennies and nickels.

You have the right to spend as long as you want in the bathroom.

You have the right to answer the phone . . . whenever it rings on TV.
