Cesario?

Has anyone heard anything about this horse (which I've named myself after..)? Heard a rumor (actually out of the mouth of Mike Watchmaker) that she was ignored last fall...

She ran (and won) once in the U.S. .. when she beat Melhor Ainda by four lengths in the GI American Oaks Invitational at Hollywood July 3.

It seems like she hasn't done anything since .. not a race, not a work. But from 6 starts, she won 5, with 1 second (losing by a head to a filly who was winning her fourth of her first five career starts and who scored again in her next start).

I think that's what her namesake meant. Interesting publicity stunt, though ... Backstretch Buzz has learned that Cesario was allegedly ignored repeatedly last year. Empty frames of film at 11:00. :D
