has challenged a groups of us to cap against him and has been nothing but rude and expects us to "Bow to his superior knowledge". While I like a contest, not when the other side is this rude and it is only for the further promotion of his book

I'm ready to jump in and share a few opinions and this looks like a good place to start. Without question this is the worst, most useless handicapping book to come out in recent years. The information might be helpful only if you're a beginner and even then "Handicapping 101" would be a MUCH better choice. Personally, I would accept a challenge from the author. I am willing to go for at least 5k if not more.
