Nope... horse racing gamblers are always behind the curve with computers, so expect that the limit won't be reached any time soon. Besides, we're sort of like golf -- as many join as get out -- except that we probably lose more than we gain... yikes!!! :(

That's not what the article says. People don't want access.That IS what it says.
The percentage of homes seeking an internet connection are getting maxed out.
People "wanting access" (as you say), and People "seeking internet connections" - are the same thing.
Most Gamblers fall into the "people" section.
There are exceptions......
