He has taken on a rather large undertaking. Will it be another "dump?" This operation is located in the vicinity of an Indian casino operation and approx. 40-50 miles from the new Evangeline Downs.
IMO, when the thermometer hits 100+ in the shade, most of these "city folk" will be gone.
