Two movies now on dvd I recommend:

Two for the Money; 2hours
Al Pacino play an owner of a sports tout services. 900#, cable show etc...
Panico is brillant as an ex. compulsive addict or is he? Also Matthew
McConaughey and Rene Russo. Available in both wide screen and full screen.

Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room;
1hour 45minute documentary. Believe it or not this is a gambling movie. Covers
all the major players in a well researched fact based documentary. Also cover
the rolling black-outs in California. Available in wide screen only.

2 for the $$ is definitely on my list of movies to watch....I was reading somewhere and it pointed out that the "Al Pacino as evil mentor" movie has become an entire GENRE. This one looks to be another on that list...

You are correct.

However Pacino's performance was a tour de force.

Just incase Sec. needs some help:

tour de force (toor duh FAWRS) A feat accomplished through great skill and ability: “The speech was a tour de force; it swept the audience off its feet.”

This started as a friendly thread discussing a couple movies and you have to start it off course by making a snide remark to Sec, what is your problem ?
