Russia has developed nuclear missiles that can evade any defense system in existence. What the hell is this nut thinking other than we are supposed to think over night Russia is world power again ala Stalin. The freaking dummy just won't let go of the past and would rather deal with China, Iran or any other anti American rogue nation. This ego maniac is one dangerous sucker in my opinion.
